Claire Jones has been part of Silvertree from the very start and officially joined us a few months ago . 🌿

She’s an MBACP-registered psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy and now has spaces available on Tuesdays.

Claire supports people through midlife transitions (40–60) and young adults dealing with anxiety. With both professional expertise and lived experience, she creates a gentle, non-judgemental space to help you reconnect with yourself, navigate life changes, and move forward with confidence and self-acceptance.
